Horncastle Care Centre
Horncastle Care Centre opened in 2009 and provides two purpose built bungalows near East Grinstead. Each bungalow specialises in providing care for adults with complex needs.
Maple Lodge provides a home for ten adults with acquired brain injury and neurological conditions. Willow Lodge provides ten places for young adults with learning and physical disabilities.
Our aim is to provide a Care Home that offers a safe and comfortable environment with support and stimulation to help service users maximise their physical, intellectual, emotional and social capacity, with a person-centred care plan. Service users have the right to live as normal a life as possible and to have the respect of those who support them.
The friendly and homely atmosphere we have created at Horncastle Care Centre ensures that the service users are able to continue their lifestyle with personal privacy and dignity. Social activity programmes are encouraged with lots of access within the community.
